The use of four different malts gives this beer its commercial name "Coupage." It includes a mix of roasted malts, torrefied malts, and Pilsner malts from two-row spring barley of Czech origin. The malting process follows the traditional Czech artisan method, enhancing the flavor intensity contributed by the malts.
Its production also includes bitter Nugget hops and aromatic Sladek hops—a noble hop from the Czech Republic, derived from the classic Saaz variety.
