Of deep red mahogany color, Yzaguirre Rojo Reserva Vermouth is highly aromatic, velvety, and pleasant on the palate, with notes of wood, herbs, and spices that evoke the scent of ripe fruit. The initial taste is well-balanced and flavorful, in perfect harmony with the product’s acidity. 12 months of aging in oak barrels provide it with consistency and character.
Our recommendation: Ideal as a daily aperitif or a mid-afternoon drink. Excellent as a long drink, with a few drops of Campari, 3 or 4 ice cubes, a slice of orange, a broken orange peel inside the glass, and a mint leaf. It is also perfect for flavoring meat or game stews, seafood paella, or pastries.
