Of mahogany color with orange highlights, Yzaguirre Classic Red Vermouth presents an intense aroma with notes of aromatic herbs and spices. Subtle balsamic touches provide a pleasant and unique aromatic structure. The flavor has good aromatic intensity, well-balanced with acidity. It finishes with a long, slightly bitter and intense aftertaste.
Our recommendation:
Excellent as a daily aperitif. Pair it with 2 anchovy-stuffed olives, 2 or 3 ice cubes, and a slice of orange. Serve well chilled.
